“Too cold to walk for car thieves”

These car thieves seem to not have anything to do, but they seem to have the skills to successfully steal cars to drive to their own court-ordered apperance! Why not take a more active approach by utilising these skills. The punishment should fit the crime in cases like this: Car thieves should work on cars - they know how to for their own benifit, so why not use them to help others? Commiting fraud often involves an accounting knowhow, so why not use it? To take it to an extreme degree even drug makers have a good knowledge of chemistry! By guiding such people in the right direction you may even get some good out of it!
