Fit? I nearly died!

I got my Wii fit last night and had a go for about half an hour. The ~~yoda~~ yoga exercises were hard, but i have no balance. The muscle working ones were hard work - but I can see the benifit. Hmmmm £60 for that or £60 per month for the gym?!
