Riiight! - So I went up to Sutton today to get some stuff in the sales, and let me just say before I carry on! - I remember when the sales were supposed to have some half decent stuff on! They’ve just rolled out any old cr*p!!

Anyway

I got Kieron a couple of gumshields - 1 for Rugby and 1 for Kickboxing. They came with a CD-Rom! Instructions on a CD-Rom? How bad is that! Its not that hard to do a gumshield-put in boiling water, wait until soft, put in mouth and suck (seriously!)

What a waste!
