Upcoming comics, storylines, past present and future issues…!
On this page will be latest commentary of characters that I like (or don’t like) past present and future story lines and the occasional rant!
To the right you will see a list of recent articles.
Web comics, online reading and the like….
As I haven’t had the time (or money) to be buying and reading regular comics I am forced to go online to get my regular fix of reading. Below is some sites, comments and more of what I like and look at online!.
- The first one I would like to mention is WOWIO - As well as doing comics it also does full books that you can read for free in your browser. WOWIO has been getting bad press due to not paying creators, but they have a good catalogue of books and comics including: The Phantom, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles & Starship Troopers.

- Powers is a creator owned comic by Brian Michael Bendis (Secret Invasion) - it follows two detectives where powered heroes and villians are commonplace - you can read previous issues online. The premise kind of reminds me of Alan Moores Top Ten
-

- ComicSpace has been described to me as ‘The bastard son of Deviant Art & MySpace’ An interesting description, but probably valid. I use ComicSpace to host my comics and you get a wide varity of styles and stories. I would recommend Elf n Troll (see my comic archive) & Jesus Hates Zombies
-

- Zuda Comics is owned by DC and has artists & writers submitting their own comics for voting - winners get a contract. I haven’t really looked into these much as the reader annoys me!
-

- Marvels Digital Comics - This is Marvels back catalogue of comics. They are a few months out of date from the print releases, but you can still read some gems and new ones are coming out all the time. There is a subscription for the full package, but there are freebies too!
-

- FreakAngels - Written by Warren Ellis, this is a weekly 5 page series which is set in a steampunk style London. Highly recommended, the first arc has just finish and has gone into print.
